Working with New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning
New Berlin Heating and A/C was excellent during the sale. Scott P came to explain his product and gave us a preliminary idea of how the installation would go with the inside heads. Then Scott brought his electrician in to explain how they would run the electric to the outside units. Lastly, Scott and the install supervisor came in and together gave us their opinion as to how the lines would be run. They were on time and very respectful of our home and made very good suggestions for us to consider when installing the indoor units. Their follow through with the installation was perfect, doing everything they suggested and we agreed on before the installation started. The installation technicians were thoughtful and respectful and professional. The only problem was installing the outdoor compressor units. Most notably the unit for the three bedroom heads. The placement was not what we were expecting but more is that when I expressed concern and displeasure with the appearance of the placement of the outdoor unit my concern was ignored and no suitable explanation or apparent regard of my concern. Basically it didn't in my opinion look professional or that it would hold up to many years of varying weather conditions. Now, I will need to spend extra money and my time to make the placement look appealing and in my opinion permanent. However this was the only issue. My suggestion would be that specific discussion would take place about the installation before agreeing to the sale including the outside compressor units.
