When I first met with salesman at HD I told him no Rheem. The area representative came and gave me the price telling me I was entitled to a $2000 rebate. He left and I saw he quoted a Rheem heat pump. I contacted him that I wanted a Carrier and he gave me a new quote. I accepted the quote. After installed I contacted the salesman about the rebate and he told me he would forward the paperwork, it never came. I contacted him again and he told me the Carrier unit did not qualify for the rebate, not a good response. This was the last communication I had with the company. The installation team could not have been more professional!

Installed faulty equipment (furnace fan) in 2nd installation. (My fault: fool me once shame on you, foll me twice.......). Periodic service never checks all the equipment contained in service contract unless directed (fireplace, water heater, A/C units). At least check water heater/fireplace once a year and A/C every visit. Does not stand by contract agreements (rebates). Never submitted my installation to carrier for \~$1100 rebate. Ignored my calls and requests to rectify. Use this dealer at your own risk/peril. My grades are probably too high, but it did get installed and after a year seems to be working properly

Not only did I provide a poor rating, I cut ties with my loyalty to Sears completly. It was the final straw for me.
