Another great installation
This is our third interaction with Custom Air. This time Custom Air replaced the indoor and outdoor components of our bedroom area system with Infinity five stage equipment (model 25VNA825A003). Our 2004 Rheem system was fully functional, but it was a single stage system, meaning in the winter on cold nights it ran continually at full blast but blew out only mildly warm air. Very noisy at night, very uncomfortable air flow. Custom Air did a great job once more, with a very experienced crew (6 people) doing the installation on a cold snowy day. They did an extremely neat installation and were careful in protecting our floors and cleaning everything up at the end of the day. Kevin explained what they did and how to use the system, and left a full set of manuals. Kevin registered the system with Carrier and Carrier sent us an acknowledgement and a copy of the full 10 year (!) warranty. The new system is wonderful. Thank you!!!

A few years ago Custom Air installed a full Infinity heat pump system for my basement (new install including duct work), and they did a fantastic job. This time Custom Air replaced the indoor and outdoor components of my main floor system with Infinity equipment. Again it was a great experience, with extremely knowledgeable sales staff and installers. The installers did an excellent job explaining everything, they did a very neat and professional installation, and they were meticulous in cleaning up after installation. Both Infinity systems are fantastic!

I could give a higher rating if there was one! While we waited a long time for installation due to covid and supply issues which wasn't their fault, once here the installation took five days. The staff were very professional and worked well together. They took great care to protect our hardwood floors and carpets and cleaned well before leaving each day. I would highly recommend Custom Air. The installation was done in a Post and Beam house that never had central heating/cooling, hence there was the challenge of not disturbing existing walls, support beams in the basement to work around, and figuring out creative ways to get the airducts to where they needed to go. The Custom Air team was very professional, completed the work in the promised time\-frame and did a thorough clean\-up job after the work was completed. They answered all our questions regarding the system, thermostat settings etc.
