I love Carmack, the guys are very professional, always on time and have kept my old unit running for 12 years! They are always on time, and put up with an old woman in her pajamas, and answer what ever question I have for them. After 12 years of repairs, usually once a year sometimes twice, almost always in the middle of the night or a holiday they have been here first thing in the morning to fix my unit, and they would have fixed it again but it was our decision to just replace it! They were here and on the roof first thing, removal, crane, and install was very quick, just a few hours and we were enjoying nice warm air, am very much looking forward summer and feeling the difference in the A/C with a much more energy efficient unit! I am very grateful for all they have done for me over the years! Thank you so very much, there is no one better then you guys!
