Excellent Experience with Paul and the HRC team
Our furnace failed after 26 years of service during one of the coldest weekends of the year, and Paul Casey, the owner, went above and beyond by providing a complete bid over the weekend and taking the time to answer all of our questions. By Monday morning, the HRC crew was at our home installing a new high-efficiency system. The installers were professional, courteous, and thorough, and they made sure we understood how the new system worked before they left. Casey came and explained the unit, gave me the low down about various efficiency ratings and costs. Then Billy and DJ came and installed it and did the job all in one day. They did a first rate job.
Only wish the quote included new ducts to be run in the basement, but maybe that was too good to be true. I felt that I was treated well and was given the attention I deserved. This represents a big purchase. I still need to figure out the wifi thermostat, but that's just me being reticent to try it. I'm sure I will figure it out. For now the manual control from the thermostat is fine.
