We contacted Bergman the evening of July 4th after discovering that our AC unit was blastine warm air, The next morning their representative was on our doorstep and quickly diagnosed that our compresser suffered an unrecoverable failure, requiring complete replacement of the entire system. They were able to dispatch a crew the SAME DAY and by the evening of July 5th we were once again enjoying cool aire. We souldn't be more pleased about the entire experience.
