I would not recommend Fogel at all. It took about 6-7 follow up calls to get repairs done. This was over a 6 month period of time. I have had to have 2 major parts of the het pump outside replaced and several parts in the handler replaced due to a leak. the carrier unit itself keeps breaking and Fogel has horrible response. The Carrier unit is only 8 months old too.
Obviously they did not fix the handler properly the first time which led to other failures and then took forever to repair.

Brand new home and have had issues with cooling since day 1. In a months time, we've had 5 visits from techs. After the second visit I had to call back again because my house was still not cooling…girl on the phone said that carrier units are not meant to cool to below 75 degrees in the middle of the summer and we were going through a heat wave. She told me she recommended me buying window air conditioning units for the summer. Needless to say I will not do that on my brand new home that was only 2 weeks old. Finally after 4 technicians and 5 visits we are close to being cool all day.
