I originally found Yenasen through a neighbor when I need a system serviced. That was a great experience.... then I decided it was time for a system replacement and again they outdid themselves. Very personable and professional.

Owner was helpful and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it! He helped us out a great deal by providing answers to our many questions and having the unit installed in an expeditious manner. The only problem was the installers left a great deal of metal shards and glass on the driveway and grass making a hazard for our puppy.

Timely, friendly, efficient

Dealer installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Furnace installation went very smoothly and on a day when the temperature only reached 30 degrees the house stayed warm and comfortable. Only issue is we requested a filter rack after our last furnace service to accept a common filter size (i.e. 16x25x1, etc) that can filter for allergies (i.e. Merv 7 or Merv 8) that can be bought at pretty much any store. Previously had an 18x22x1 filter that had to be ordered online. Because of the furnace's age we ended up needing a new furnace due to CO leaks and the filter rack was supposed to be included in the price of the new furnace during install. Installers cut a slit in the ductwork instead of the filter rack and slid a basic 24x24x1 filter in the slit and explained the larger size/surface area of the filter was needed for the size of the duct work and the furnace. We're assuming the slit will work but have no idea if we were charged for the filter rack and didn't receive it since our invoice wasn't itemized. Also, we haven't yet been able to find any 24x24x1 Merv 7 or Merv 8 filters in the stores but we're still looking. We have found this size in the basic filter like they installed but you can see through them and they don't really help with allergies.
