Bad experience . No One cared. Had to hire someone else to finish a thermostat installation. I was left with live wires & a hole in the wall. Receptionist Brianna was Nasty.& would not help resolve or let me speak to anyone else. So upsetting. I did write & text owner Tom Brewer but He did not care. I never heard back Once Brewer had my full payment i was no longer a customer. Almost $10,000 paid and yet I was left with a hold in the wall 2 & 2 exposed wires. Terrible Customer service. I hired anothe person to attach new manual Thermostat & live wires. The young technician Garrett had been great & told me to call him back so he could attach. Brianna ( Spelling) would not let me speak to Garret or anyone else til the following week. Terrible. I was already reeling from the unexpected death of my beloved Sister In law which happened in front of me. No one cared! I wro
