Edward L. Kemp has been our heating and cooling maintenance company from when I moved in with my original Trane unit. They've always been completely professional and and informed. When my unit was finally at its "retirement" point they quickly pointed out the cost that would be involved to fix my unit, as was the cost and cost savings that would be involved with replacing my unit with the Carrier Heat Pump and Air Handler. They were done in 2 days....First day they were able to install the inside unit(s) that put heat back inside the house. The second day they finished the outside unit, and our house has never been so even heated. I love it!
