Regarding the sales process: We believe the salesman needs a little more training in the Climate Control process and procedures. He needed to come out three times in a week's time to gather complete information in order to give us a final quote on a new HVAC system. Even though they were kind enough to loan us a space heater, we were anxious to potentially get on the install schedule since we had no heat and there were numerous delays.
