It was a week before Christmas 2017 and cold, 35 degrees, when our 23 year old hydronic system died. I made many, many phone calls trying to get a service person to come out to give an estimate. Everyone was super busy and scheduling a week or 2 out. Service Now Heating and Cooling got to me the next day. Jason came by to evaluate and prepare an estimate. I liked his manner. He listened to me and I beleived he was interested in getting the best equipment for my situation, not just up\-selling or clearing out inventory on hand. He quickly prepared a thorough proposal. Kelly, the lead installer, and his crew were at my home on December 26th and I had heat on the 27th. I appreciate Kelly explaining how the components were installed, how the system worked and what to expect during operation. Frank programmed both thermostats and Kurt registered the equipment for my warranty. I'm very satisfied with the high level of service I received and am sure I will be satisfied long term with the quality high\-efficiency equipment.
