I like these guys. We've had a variety of issues with the equipment over the years that Bourque dealt with. We have two furnaces because of the construction of our house. A squirrel somehow got into the upstair furnace. It had brought its nuts into the fan housing and then died there. A Bourque technician had quite the time cleaning up the mess. The only problem we had was that we ordered the heat pump last year. Bourque couldn't get it until April. The delay turned out to be a good thing in that our old furnace failed in December so we were able to get a more efficient furnace and heat pump.

One went into the master bedroom, the other into the family room. he jobs were done efficiently, on time, and the workers were communicative and thoughtful. Both units work flawlessly and we are very happy with the result\-\-we can now efficiently and silently cool or heat the house without major ductwork.
