Repaired furnace and new heat pump
Ray and Hasan were knowledgeable, punctual, thorough and friendly. My furnace had stopped producing heat, and Ray was able to diagnose the problem and get a replacement part installed very quickly. It turns out that the previous Carrier Dealer had originally installed the unit improperly, but Ray and Hasan were able to get things into correct working order. We used the opportunity of reinstalling things to add cooling and supplemental heat to the house by adding a heat pump and coil. They did the work quickly and professionally and the house has never been more comfortable! I'll be sticking with All Season Experts for any work on this house from here on.

The All Seasons Experts team was customer friendly and did a nice job on the install. They worked very late in the day to complete the install in one day, even though the new equipment was not delivered to the site until 4PM.

Furnace Review
All Season Experts were extremely professional and knowledgeable about what product I should buy to replace my 30 year old furnace. They spent time informing me of my options and I really felt like they were honest and did not try to sell me on products I didn't need. They were more affordable than some of the other local dealers nearby and have a better reputation. On the day of the installation they were on time and made sure everything worked and functioned as it should. They also cleaned up any mess that the installation created which was awesome. Getting the rebate from Central Hudson was such an easy process too as they basically send all necessary information and you just need to sign and date and give your Central Hudson account info and then mail in. Overall, while I just got the furnace put in, so far I haven't seen any potential problems and I would highly rate them and intend to use them for any future AC work I need done.
