Our heating and AC units were old and needed to be replaced. Vinny Mann came out to our home promptly to look over our existing units, suggest options, and present a proposal for replacement equipment. He listened, answered all our many questions, pointed out items that needed to be remedied, then gave us several options in regards to possible new equipment including prices for each package proposal. We chose Carrier furnace and AC units that fit our needs and budget. We had our new units installed five days after we signed our contract. The service technicians that installed our new equipment got here on time, worked diligently all day, demonstrated great expertise in what they did, were personable and professional, and finished the work in a timely fashion. They removed all our old equipment and whatever trash was associated with the installation of the new units; they were very neat. Mann Heating \& Cooling exceeded our expectations. Vinny Mann was a great person to work with and talk to; his workers were also good at what they did \-\- demonstrating great expertise in their trade. We highly recommend Mann Heating and Cooling! It is a family business that has been in operation for over 50 years; they are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.
