Back up and cooling in a tough environment
Tough Environment: Hot weather, scarce inventory, high demand for services. BUT, Mundy's was on site in less than one business day and diagnosed my issue \- my compressor that had a short in the coil. I was given two options, replace the compressor or replace the external AC / Heat Pump. Given the benefits of a 10 year warranty, I chose a new system. Mundy's responded with a proposal, then ordered a replacement system. With scarce inventory available, Mundy's and Carrier worked to find a replacement unit. They even provided an 18 seer / variable speed unit vs. the proposed 16 seer / 2 speed unit, at the same price. Installation was done by an expert technician. There was an issue with my Infinity Control System. The new 18 seer unit was a significant upgrade in technology over the 16 seer replacement system. A new thermostat had to installed to control the new system. Mundy's provided that upgrade. I would strongly advocate Mundy's as your source of HVAC solutions.
