The team from sales through installation were very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the right unit for the space. install was on time and they did a great job yesterday pulling it all together. i have not received follow up as of yet for info/help on filing for the fed/stae and power company tax credits which will offset some of the unit cost but expecting them to reach out in a day or two. overall great job and everything is working at this time.

Our furnace went kaput, and we were without heat. The service technician we had called to evaluate the furnace discovered a cracked heat exchanger and slight CO leak and had to take the furnace off line.Temp Right moved us to the head of the line to get a new furnace installed and we are so grateful. The day after installation, we noted the furnace not heating and within 20 minutes of calling for help a technician arrived and solved the problem. Finally warm!
