Mike Pancone did an excellent job of replacing my furnace and air conditioning unit. This is a very old house with many challenges when it comes to updating. Mike was able to make everything work! Before giving me an estimate, Mike checked out all the wiring, current equipment, access to outdoors, landscaping and anything else that pertained to the installation. A written estimate arrived a few days later, clearly listing out each step and piece of equipment. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. He called the day before the installation began to let me know what would be happening and about how long it would take to complete the work. I know that the system is the right size for this home. Mike explained everything about the equipment, how best to operate it, how to obtain energy rebates , and how to download and run the digital thermostat. I also appreciate the complete clean up after the work was done. The old furnace and ac were scrapped, no trash was left behind and both the basement and outdoor areas were better than when he started the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Pancone and Pro Air Heating and A/C Services for new installations or repair work.
