When our old heat pump failed a Thomas E. Clark service person responded immediately. When it became clear that the unit needed to be replaced, the Clark office moved swiftly and in short order we had a new Carrier installed in our condo. The crew skillfully navigated some tricky stairs and managed to complete the job in one day. Our experience with Clark has been very positive in the six years we have used their services \- expert assistance at a very reasonable price. And a bonus for me is that I have picked up a lot of information about heating systems from the highly trained and personable service people.
