They are extremely professional \- the installers: Ken, Tom and Jaimie were very pleasant, reviewed and explained what they were going to do before they did it, showed up early and even worked late \- and they never complained about the 90+ temperature (I can't imagine how hot the attic was!). Again, I highly recommend CPS \- the company and their crew. We love our Carrier central air\-conditioning system! It is so quiet and I don't feel the air flow (that I had to go outside to verify the condenser was on :) )
