I can't separate expertise, solved problems and service. they don't mean anything in this context. I will say overall I am satisfied. my issues would be these: it took a very long time (weeks) from the diagnosis that I needed a new AC system to the time it was installed. (but it was hot August and you were busy; but I could have been kept better informed; communication was nonexistent.) also, I did not expect to be charged almost $400 for the serviced call, when the service call clearly resulted in the conclusion I would need a whole new unit, which I was contracting with Pierce to install. the unit and installation were expensive, which I understand. but I thought the service call cost would have been waived, at least except for the cost of the refrigerant/materials.
