The morning of the scheduled installation the truck arrived with the equipment and when the driver finished unloading he told me that the Furnace had been damaged. JBD was already aware of the problem and working with Carrier to source a new unit. JBD did a great job from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent and they completely cleaned up afterwards and removed all packing material and old equipment. This is the third time I have have replaced my system (same home for 44 years). This was by far the best experience I have had working with an HVAC Contractor.
