Furnace and water heater installation
I understand the demand for service from a reputable contractor like HR Stewart however, I waited over a month without heat during an unseasonably cold weather streak before they were able to install the new furnace. I also don't think the team discussed any of my concerns regarding the placement of the new water heater with the estimator I spoke to. I needed room for my new softener and iron filter and asked that the new water heater be installed high enough for a brine tank to be installed under it and this was not relayed to the plumber who installed the new water heater. He installed it at a height that doesn't allow room for a brine tank. This was the reason I was going with a tankless water heater.
