I work with one of the service tech's at EAST IOWA MECHANICAL and he was very professional and explained everything. Two tech's came to install the new furnace and very neat and tidy and cleaned everything up. Once the new furnace was installed, the tech went through the basics with me. They wrote the installation date and the filter size on the furnace for easy of information. I would very much recommend any needing a new furnace to seek out EAST IOWA MECHANICAL.

Steve the technician and installer along with his co\-worker were very knowledgeable \- explained everything to me in language I could understand \- went up and above and wired and installed a new circuit \- right on time for the day of installation along with calls from the office for day/time confirmation of install \- very neat and no mess whatsoever \- removed and hauled away old furnace \-\- no additional fees, etc. from original proposal \- very reasonably priced and worth every penny. I highly recommend East Iowa Mechanical. Both techs/installers worked very hard in a timely and professional manner. Also, I love my new quiet furnace and am totally worry free knowing that all I have to do is make a phone call to East Iowa Mechanical and they will be able to take care of it.
