Mitch was great to work with \& very responsive. There were several delays (on my end), due to the lack of power at my home \& delays with my electrician, but Mitch and his team was very patient and he even honored the off season discount during the hot summer months. Namum (sp?) \& Eric were quick to install and they are very professional. My home (\& wife) are very pleased with our AC unit! Big mahalo to Hilo AC \& Refrigeration!

Most homes on this 4,000 sq. mile island are remote from "city" locations \& require long drives to get there, quite unlike the island of Oahu (Honolulu), etc. My dealer had no issues making the long drives. Good Service and units are energy efficient. My only complaint would be the location recommended by the salesman. He recommended placing the unit on a different wall saying it would cool two rooms. Unfortunately it does not cool the living room as well as we would like.
