Very disappointed to learn our new Carrier WiFi capable thermostat was not compatable with our existing Carrier zoning set up. We were told it would all work. Only after most of the new Carrier equipment was installed, furnace and heat pump, did we learn we would have to keep the old thermostat in order to properly work the zoning of the system. One would think it could be worked out since all equipment was Carrier.
