Installers Harry and Colton were very well versed in the installation process and answered all my questions, especially about rebuilding the return duct to a larger size to fit the 5 ton A/C unit (it had been undersized since old unit was installed in 2006). We have a four zone system and the new Infinity system is very accurate in maintaining the temperatures we scheduled throughout the day no matter the outside temperature. A/C Designs technical staff (Wade) was very helpful in explaining how the new system would work and the differences between the new and old systems. The fact that the system is much quieter than the old system is appreciated by our next door neighbor. Only had one service call to get us online with Carrier over the Wi\-Fi connection to the smart controller.
