This dealer advised customer that Carrier de\-rates their 10kW heater element to 6.3kW (208V). Customer has a thermocouple in supply air duct to monitor the health of the HVAC system. Temperature was only 88 degrees in heat mode. Service technician advised 6.3kW (208V) heating element installed. When customer asked for a 10kW heater element, dealer indicated Carrier's 10kW heater element is de\-rated to 6.3kW. Customer's old system provided 100 degree duct temperature while in heat mode. Customer is an electrical engineer with 40+ years of experience. Please explain Carrier's heater element de\-rating.

4Seasons did an excellent job. After Hurricane Irma destroyed my air conditioning system, 4 seasons came right out within 2 days and had a entire new system installed. This is the third system that they have installed for me from my rental home to this home when I purchased it 4 years ago and the system was broke!! Never had a problem getting 4 seasons to come out and service or even fix something that was broken. Excellent Company!! Thank You!! I have had 4 Carrier systems in my life and two Trane systems, I would choose the Carrier bar none over the Trane. Parts are more accessible and repairs are so much easier and cheaper!

I love the new thermostat that allows me to program my A/C temperature to be up higher when I am not home, then automatically lowers and begins cooling off the house right about the time I get home from work. Four Seasons Air Conditioning installed the system and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Four Seasons to anyone in Southwest Florida! I am very pleased with my new Infinity system, and would recommend one to anyone looking for a top\-of\-the\-line system. It has actually made my house more valuable, as well.
