New A/C System Install
The new Carrier A/C system was installed safely and securely, and in a very timely manner; almost too quick. The crew finished the installation and all the system checks and had the system up and running with house cooling by 3pm that, even though I told the estimator, and the two service mechanics that I would be home 4:30pm that day, and I was assured that someone would be at my house when I got home to show me around the new installations and how to operate the new Thermostat. All the mechanics on the job were packed up and had left my place of residence by 3pm. Then between 3pm and 4:45pm that day, I received two phone calls while at work from the installation company regarding payment of the balance of the installation job. I once again told them that I was not home yet, and have not seen any of the installation that was completed.

Poor workmanship
On Dec.19 2022 Bryan and Vincent came to install a Carrier unit, some of the poor workmanship included ; the drain line to the outside of the house was not pitched properly like it was with the old unit, so they installed a used pump.I do not want a pump,I want the drain line properly pitched to the outside of the house. The filter could not be removed from the unit because part of the drain line blocked its removial .They chiped the laminate floor, left trash behind and dirty fingerprints on the white molding.To level the pad that holds the condesner they dug a good size hole in the lawn next to the house,they used that soil to level the ground under the pad.I have pictures to document what I have commented on. I contacted the office a number of times, even made a visit on Tuesday 1/24/23 my issue with the pump has not been corrected, the others have !
