Unfortunately 2 days after installation of our new unit we happened to go in the attic and discovered a leak. Upon inspection it was determined that the main drain valve had been turned off and never turned back on so the water in the pan had no where to go. Also the safety switch was wired incorrectly therefore it never would have tripped. The on call tech installed 3 safety switched and drained the pan. These were 2 careless mistakes what occurred during the install. This is a rental unit, had this not been caught by us we could have had severe damage. We've used All Seasons for many years and this is the first time I've not been completely satisfied with their service.
