This is my second unit that I bought and had installed by Heimiller AC. The first unit was a Lenox and lasted 15 years. I had them service it every year. I called Bob Heimiller Co and they were able to come out that day. After diagnosing the issue they found one ac needed refrigerant and the other Ac needed to be replace. It was a bummer that I had to replace the ac after only living in the home for 3 months but this company was quick to respond and replace my AC unit They also through in a coupon that was much appreciated.
