ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SCAM ARTISTS
The absolute worst company. They scam senior citizen. They're rude and unprofessional. They sign a contract saying you have a ten year warranty without informing you that YOU have to register it, online at that. A senior citizen that doesn't even know how to use a computer is not going to be able to do that. All they care about is selling you a system. They try to give you piece of mind with the warranty that doesn't exist. And then when it time to make those repairs they come out multiple times charging you for different things that they say aren't covered by warranty then when the issue persists and you realize you're getting scammed they tell you oh yeah the problem is something major that should be covered by this warranty but oh wait you didn't register it because we were too busy selling and scamming to tell you that it has to be registered so now you're out thousands of dollars on a fixed income.
