Florida Comfort Systems was extremely easy to deal with and gave us a fair price on a new system in fact it was much better than a less system from a major A/C company. The were also able to install it much quicker than the other company was saying it would take. Overall we were very impressed and have now used FL Comfort Systems in several of our rental properties!

We replaced an old, failing Trane unit in our Florida home. AC by Florida Comfort Systems proposed several Carrier options that would meet our needs and we chose a Carrier unit with a two\-stage compressor. The installation was very well coordinated and proceeded smoothly. Working with the office staff was pleasant and very efficient. Overall, this was a very stress free process and we have nothing but good things to say about AC by Florida Comfort Systems. We highly recommend them \- you won't be sorry!

I needed a reasonably priced AC unit for a rental property I own. I had tenants move out (no notice) and not let us know that the AC wasn't working properly. We had someone interested in renting the apartment and Florida Comfort Systems got the new unit installed within a couple days in plenty of time for my tenant to move in and have a nice cold AC.

One year ago we changed out 1/2 of our split system with a new Carrier system. Overall, the equipment has performed above our expectations. Comparing last year to this year, In a single summer month, we had one electric bill with 1000 kwh less usage. That is a big number. This summer we had to replace the other side of the split system, so again we installed a Carrier system. The comfort level in the home has improved beyond expectation and we are looking forward to our first electric bills with the two new units to see the improvement. AC by Florida Comfort Systems has exceeded our expectations. The second installation took place at the height of the summer heat and the attic unit was in a tight pocket in the trusses, and on top of that, the unit needed to be fed down through a small scuttle hole. The two technicians were probably the best service persons we have ever had in our home. The carefully protected the floors and they were true professionals during the whole installation process. Gene worked steadily upstairs, while Chip handled everything downstairs and ran parts and supplies to Gene as needed. They were quiet, in fact so quite when I heard them talking about bringing the old unit down, I expected to hear clunk, bang, crash and a lot of expletives. When I came around the corner, to check on the progress, the old unit was already on the dolly. Wow. Same thing when they pushed the new unit up to the attic. Very professional and very impressive. Unbelievably, about 3 hours into the installation Chip told me they had about an hour left. I was doubtful because my last install had taken all day. But they were right on schedule. In and out in about 4 hours. They were not even there long enough for the house to heat up over 80, even though it was about 90 outside. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks (and I have).
