6852 A/C replacement
The installation went fine. The only problem is that the unit is at one of our investment properties. Cool Air apparently left their documents with the tenants instead of with us. The tenants never told us about that. It was only after we replace another A/C unit with Cool Air at another one of our investment properties (6840 SW 89th Terrace Pinecrest, FL 33156 that that tenant did hand over the documents and we realkized 9 months later that we needed to register the unit to double the warrranty period from 5 to 10 years. I called Cool Air and was told the product had needed to be registered within 3 months of installation and was very upset but fortunately I was able to register the product even at this late date!
