My biggest issue is with Carrier. You don't stock adequate levels of replacement parts. The result is weeks without air conditioning. In southwest Florida no less. I will never purchase another one of your products, period....never ever! In addition, the fact that you charge for expedited shipping of critical parts is outrageous. In sum, Carrier...you suck!!
Dealer is OK except for their reluctance to expedite parts shipping. Again, Carrier sucks; the dealer isn't the primary problem.
