Our heating oil company recommended that we get a new furnace (old one was 20+ years old), and knowing that we were in need of a new A/C unit as well, we began getting quotes from local installers. The process began just before Christmas, and even though it was that close to the holidays, the Project Manager was incredibly responsive. They came out to the house just after the 1st of the year and did the installation one week later. Not only was their turnaround great, I honestly feel like they left the area around the new furnace cleaner than it was prior to the installation. I found Stafford Mechanical a straight\-forward and able company to complete the installation. I had just had a very bad experience with another local company (Mitsubishi/Panasonic) whose team lead turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant and arrogant person.
