My Carrier experience has been a positive one. Advanced Heating took over a previous Carrier installer contract and I have received excellent customer service. Advanced responded quickly and got a technician out the next day. Conner diagnosed the problem as a Freon leak. The talented crew sent to my house solved the issues and got the systems back online.
