The unit was installed on 9/7\-8/2016 by the dealer's employees. The old unit was removed a week later. The dealer had some family emergency at the time. The dealer did state that he had papers for the unit to provide me, however, I only received a Statement of Billing and provided the check for payment on the same day I received this paper. On Monday, September 19, I sent a text to the dealer which had been an avenue of communication with him, requesting "Do u still have the papers on the carrier unit. I think I will need those for registering the unit..." I received no response. I attempted to call the dealer via my texting phone within a few days and he didn't answer. I immediately followed with a telephone call from my Mother's phone and he immediately answered, I requested the papers again verbally in order to register the unit, and he stated "I registered your unit already." He was blunt and irritated. After registering the unit online on October 31, 2016; I again text the dealer and stated "I registered the carrier unit you installed on September 6 or so today. I need the warranty certificate for my records, would you please either mail to me at XXXXX XXXXXXXX Drive, XXXXXX, AL 3561X; or provide to XXXXX XXX XXXXXX..." I have had no response from the dealer to date.
