Consumers can receive a $100 rebate on a new Carrier replacement product purchase with proof that they have a working Carrier air conditioner, heat pump, gas furnace or small packaged product unit that is 30 or more years old. Multiple rebates per household apply. This offer is good with other Carrier factory sponsored rebates. Your Carrier dealer may provide additional offers at the local level such as financing, service agreement or added rebates. Ask your Carrier dealer for more information.

Consumers in the U.S. and Canada are eligible for the “From One Carrier Expert to Another” promotion. This promotion is designed specifically for the residential, add-on replacement markets. Only Carrier® brand qualified products sold as a replacement for the homeowner’s existing Carrier air conditioner, heat pump, gas furnace unit or small packaged product that must be 30 or more years old (prior to 1988) qualify. No commercial applications, new construction applications or multifamily applications are eligible for this promotion.
Only Carrier air conditioners and heat pumps with Puron® refrigerant purchased and installed by participating dealers between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 are eligible for the rebate.
To claim rebates, consumers need to fill out the form below and provide their contact information: name, address, city, state, and zip code along with the model and serial numbers of the 30+ year old unit and the new replacement unit. The Carrier dealer can help the consumer complete the rebate claim form by providing necessary model and serial number information. It is also requested that the consumer include a photo of themselves with their old unit along with a testimonial about their experience with Carrier. By participating in this program, the consumer grants Carrier the right to use his/her name, biographical information, picture and likeness without compensation for public purposes (except where prohibited).
Consumers should receive their rebate check within six to ten weeks.
