For experienced users of Carrier’s industry-leading Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software for building energy analysis and system design, Carrier University now offers an advanced HAP modeling course entitled, The Modeling Notebook – Advanced Modeling Techniques for Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Systems. This full-day course provides students with hands-on modeling for application-specific systems and modeling topics, such as district heating and cooling for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) and using wizards to enhance modeling productivity for preliminary design.
