Carrier to Provide Chiller Maintenance Services for Cushman & Wakefield

Carrier China has entered into a three-year service agreement with Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate firm, to deliver customized maintenance services to all Carrier chillers within the Cushman & Wakefield China portfolio. Carrier China is a part of Carrier, a world leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions, a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Under the agreement, Carrier will design and implement a tailored maintenance package including annual maintenance, periodic inspections and emergency repairs for Carrier chillers under the management of Cushman & Wakefield for clients across China. The agreement covers AquaEdge® 19XR water-cooled centrifugal chillers, AquaForce® 30XW screw chillers, AquaForce® 30HXC screw chillers and AquaForce® 30XA/XQ air-to-water heat pumps. To provide timely, professional advice and technical support leading to greater efficiency, Carrier will also assign a team of service experts equipped with in-depth product knowledge and industry best practices to work side-by-side with Cushman & Wakefield.
