Carrier Unveils Expanded and Enhanced Line-Up of Ductless Units

Carrier has added a new line of advanced Infinity® Series ductless systems and enhanced and expanded its existing lines to provide a complete range of ductless systems that boast greater efficiency, reliability and flexibility for home and commercial applications. Carrier, the world’s leader in high technology heating, ventilating and air-conditioning solutions, is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

The new Infinity Series is Carrier’s most advanced ductless system, offering consumers superior heating and cooling technology in a variety of models and styles. It features a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) 30.5 rating and is capable of cooling in outdoor temperatures up to 130 degrees and heating at minus 22 degrees. It also comes in white and gray finish options and has Wi-Fi controls.

In addition to the new ductless Infinity Series, Carrier also has upgraded its existing Performance™, Comfort™ and Toshiba Carrier series single- and multi-zone ductless systems for residential and light commercial uses. The Performance Series was expanded to include cassette, ducted and console units.
